Cancelation, No-show, & Late Policy

We completely understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change! Your time is valuable, and so is ours. When you reserve an appointment, that time is set aside just for you. In return, we kindly ask that you honor your appointment or provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule!

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee (e.g., 15-minute appointment = $45). Payment is required before booking future appointments and can be made via Zelle, Venmo, cash or card.

Cancellation Notice Requirements

24 hours’ cancellation notice is required for all appointments.

Late Cancellations / Fees

1. 15-minute appointment: $25

2. 30, 45, or 60-minute appointments: $50

3. Fees are due before your next session and may be paid via Zelle, Venmo, cash or card..

Late Arrivals

While I will do my best to accomodate you, if you arrive late, please understand that extensions may not be possible and your session will still end at the scheduled time and charged in full. 

Ongoing Policy Adherence

Clients who repeatedly arrive late or miss appointments may be declined future services at the Electrologist’s discretion.

This policy is designed to maintain a high level of personalized care and is standard among professional Electrologists. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
